Terms and Conditions for Luxury Travel Concierge Services

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between Travelux Co., a travel service company registered under the laws of the Philippines, with its principal place of business at Unit 1412 One Park Drive, 9th Avenue & 11th Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila 1632 Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the users (“Customers” or “You”) of the luxury travel concierge services (“Services”) provided by the Company through its website and other platforms.
By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Services Offered
The Company offers luxury travel concierge services that may include, but are not limited to, travel planning, itinerary creation, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, activity recommendations, and related assistance.

3.1. You acknowledge and agree that all information provided by you to the Company is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The Company is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
3.2. You shall be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents, visas, insurance, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your travel.
3.3 You agree to comply with all appicable laws, regulations, requirements relatede to your travel arrangements, includong but not limited to passport and visa requirements, helath and safety regulations, and customs regulations.

4. Booking and Payment
4.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
4.2. Prices for the Services are as listed on the Company’s website or as communicated to you. Payment for Services shall be made according to the payment methods provided by the Company.
4.3. Any additional costs incurred during the travel, including but not limited to, meals, activities, and incidental expenses, are your responsibility.
4.4 You agree to pay the fees and charges associated with the servuces as agreed upon during the booking process. The company reserves the right to modify prices and fees at any time, provided that such changes are communicated to you in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Cancellation policies for bookings vary based on the service providers and suppliers involved. The Company will communicate these policies to you before finalizing your booking.
5.2. Refund eligibility is subject to the policies of the service providers and suppliers. The Company will assist you in processing refund requests in accordance with these policies.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to content, design, trademarks, and logos, are owned by the Company. You shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any such materials without the Company’s prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.3 The Company acts as and intermediary and doews not provode travel services directly. We rely on third-party service providers to fulfill your travel requirements. While we strive to provide acurate and time ly information, we cannot guarantee the availability, quality, ort accuracy of the services provided by third parties.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
